Welcome to Manor Hill Farm! We are a privately owned property, located on the North Fork of Long Island. This beautiful property is now taking reservations for the upcoming season. How much is the property rental?We charge $15,000 plus a $2500 security deposit. That includes access to the property five days prior and two days after the event. Once the event is over and a walk thru of the property has been completed, you will be refunded the security deposit.

What type of party can we host?As long as it does not cause damage to the property, harm or degrade humans or animals and is legal in the state of New York, have a blast.

What area is included with the rental?The main field being showcased in the 3 drone videos above as well as the surrounding paths and trails is what is included with this property rental.

What is the size of the area being rented on the property?The space has never been offically measured, however as you can see from the drone videos and overhead shots, it's a large space for any event. Feel free to do a walk thru of the property to get a more accurate assessment of the space available.

How do we get access to the property?There is a full time grounds keeper that lives on the property. He will be your point of contact.

Is there access to restrooms on the property?The property does not have access to restrooms, however there are a handful of local companies that provide very high end solutions for both brides to be and their guests. How much time prior to the event do we get access to the property to set up?Five days prior to the event you will gain access to the property.

How long after the event do we have access to the property to clear out and clean up?You will have access to the property for two more days to clear out and clean up.

Is the main house on the property included in the rental?No, the main house is not part of the rental, however limited access can be arranged for the Bride and Groom the day of the event.

What about parking?There is ample parking on the property. We utilize the fields.
